Dopo il rilascio del brano "Roots" la rock band americana Imagine Dragons torna con un nuovo singolo "I Was Me" per supportare "One4 Proget", organizzazione che mira ad aiutare i rifugiati di guerra promossa da SAP e Apple.
Il progetto è stato descritto dal leader della band Dan Reynolds in queste parole:
"la crisi dei rifugiati è estremamente urgente in tenimi di molte persone vulnerabili di cui ne sono affette ogni singolo giorno. Come band ne vogliamo essere coinvolti e abbiamo deciso di far parte del progetto insieme a Apple Music e SAP"
Ogni copia digitale del brano scaricata da iTunes equivalgono a 10 centesimi che saranno poi versati all'ente di beneficenza.
