Bikers to take over Budapest this Saturday at Critical Mass

As in previous years, the lovely and very healthy day in which Budapest bikers take over the city has arrived: yes, we are talking about Critical Mass, which, we assume, you have already hear about. Critical Mass is an event that attracts thousands of people and that serves to have a good time and to raise awareness about the need of expanding biking infrastructure in the city. This event also shows how convenient can be to use the bike as mean of transportation. Plus, you can have a lot of fun!

So, what are you waiting for? Do not be lazy and get your bike ready; if you don’t have one, you can always borrow from a friend or spend a few forints in renting one.

The takeover is schedule for April 30 and the route, that begins at 16 hrs, is as follows: Vérmező - Attila út - Tunnel – Chain Bridge - Thurs Apáczai J. u. -Course u. – Ferenciek Square subway - Elizabeth Bridge - Rudas bath - Elisabeth Bridge - Kossuth L. u. -Astoria - Károly krt. - Elizabeth Square - Andrassy Avenue – and finishes at 18.30 in the City Park (Varosliget, next to Hero Square).
