Duo Dinamico

The end of semester has come, which means that, for some of us, staying in Budapest is coming to an end very soon. Therefore, it is about time to start exploring all the beauties this city has to offer (and there are a lot of them, trust us!). Honestly, it would be extremely lame to go back home without tasting any of them. Do you really want to tell your friends back home only about wonderful the building at Nador 9 street and its facilities, such as a sunny library and an amazing 10th floor restaurant?

A good starting point in this quest for excitement is to make one life changing decision – to go out! Even though at the first glimpse this might seem frightening, you should not worry – here comes the short guideline for successful fulfillment of this procedure.First, you have to find good company. Considering that we are studying at CEU where party-rocking is not a favorite sport, you will have to do thorough research on your colleagues (please, don’t use GroupWise, it will be considered as spam). Make sure to choose persons who share similar affiliations with you – you don’t want to end up visiting ten different (and bad) places per one night just because your peers are complaining about music, people, ambient or whatever. For start, we suggest you go to Otkert – it is located near familiar CEU territory and you will feel safe there.

Second dilemma - what to wear? Definitely not the flip-flops in combination with pajamas that is appropriate only for Bambus-bar parties. Choose something that will emphasize your “I-am-sexy-and-I-know-it” moves. If you plan to put on your long-time-forgotten high-heel dancing shoes, make sure to have reliable support in the case of emergency (for instance, a strong guy who can take you back home on his back).Third and most important issue – what to drink? Anything that contains alcohol is strongly recommended. Hungary is the capital of good wine and it is very affordable, so you can start with a nice Chardonay that costs only 360 HUF per glass. You can proceed with a tasty Mojito or Aperol-Spritz, and afterwards your choice will not really matter anymore. If the floor starts to move, just remember – the bar is the most reliable support!

Last but not least, make sure to have some painkillers with you. Most probably you will need it the next day while drinking morning coffee at 3 PM with your friends, trying to remember all the details from the previous night. You might not enjoy the hangover, but you will certainly enjoy recalling (un)forgettable moments.

                                                                                                                             Yours, Duo Dinamico
